6. Easy Return & Refund Policy

TOURGOD offers a 7-Day Easy Return Policy – No Questions Asked, starting from the date of delivery.

The product must be unused, in original condition, with tags and original packaging intact.

Customers must follow the return process shared in the Return Policy page.

Refunds are processed within 6–8 days of raising a valid return request.

Refunds for prepaid orders are credited to the original payment method.

Refunds for COD orders are processed via UPI or bank transfer after details are shared.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as a return request.

In such cases, a full refund will be initiated without delay.
