1. Easy Return Policy – No Questions Asked

We offer a 7-Day Easy Return Policy from the date of delivery.

If the product doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return it without providing any reason.

2. Return Process (Simple & Hassle-Free)

Returning your TOURGOD product is easy. Just follow these steps:

1. Keep the product unused and in original condition with tags and original packaging intact.

2. Take clear photos of:

   • The product

   • Attached tag

   • Original packaging

3. Share the details on WhatsApp:

   • Order ID

   • Product photos as mentioned above

Once our team verifies that the product is in original condition:

• A reverse pickup will be arranged within 48–72 hours of raising the return request.

• After the product is picked up and approved, the refund will be processed within 6–8 days from the date of return request.

3. Refund Method

• Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used during checkout.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Please share your UPI ID or bank account details on WhatsApp. The refund will be processed to the shared details.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the mentioned timeline:

5. Cancellation by Buyer

• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

• Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as a return instead.

6. Cancellation by TOURGOD

In rare cases, TOURGOD may cancel an order due to:

• Stock unavailability

• Quality check issues

• Payment or verification concerns

If we cancel your order, a full refund will be initiated immediately and processed as per standard timelines.

7. Important Notes

• Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

• Products showing signs of use, damage, or missing tags/packaging may be rejected.

• TOURGOD reserves the right to approve or reject returns based on inspection.
